This paid summer internship is designed for a college student, undergrad, or individual seeking a career in hospitality.
- The Hospitality Intern is a full-time summer seasonal position offering an opportunity to gain knowledge of the resort and hospitality industry.
- Internship will focus on customer service for our guests including: greeting and welcoming guests, receiving calls and making guest reservations, assisting the guests at check-in and delivering amenities as needed.
- You will gain knowledge in the reservation systems, as well as an understanding on resort functionality including concierge services.
- Internship will focus on the lodging side of hospitality but may also include working with the sales manager for special event set up and coordination, housekeeping and/or with the marketing team and real estate partners if needed.
A successful candidate must have professional etiquette in a resort, service-oriented setting. You will work closely with key members of staff, valued clientele, and members of the community. At times, confidentiality is required.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver’s license
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the summer
- Excellent computer, verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn
- A proactive, service-focused attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally
- The ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Must abide by confidentiality agreements
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and a robust/resilient attitude towards challenges
