Spring Interior Design Intern – Venice Beach, CA!

With a focus on hotels, resorts, restaurants and bars, we are firmly established as the go-to studio for some of the most coveted destinations in hospitality and strive to continuously deliver luxurious designs that have become synonymous with originality and craftsmanship.
Job Description:
- Work closely with Interior Design team and provide technical support for project deliverables
- Contact and schedule representative meetings and product updates
- Render floor plans and elevations for client design board presentations
- Management and organization of CAD library
- Assist with the organization, sample ordering and upkeep of the material library.
- Perform other project and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited Interior Design program
- 1-2 years of experience in interior design or related education highly preferred
- Knowledge of software: AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, Microsoft Excel, Word
- Understanding of drafting, crafting plans and elevations in 2D CAD
- Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills and knowledge of other building systems
- A basic understanding of and exposure to interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research
- Positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant working as part of a multi-discipline team
Car Required.
12-30 hours per week, available work days Monday – Thursday.
This is an IN-OFFICE position – only candidates in the Los Angeles Metro area will be considered.
