Event Production Staff
Event production staff are responsible for assisting in all facets of event prep and setup. This person will be responsible for packing, prepping, cleaning and organizing inventory inside the warehouse space, as well as physical installation and breakdowns of all lighting, fabric, decor and rigging on event sites. Event Production Staff must be highly energetic, organized, have good communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. We work at high end venues and private homes, and representing Ryan Designs in the best way possible begins with dressing appropriately, driving professionally and working in a conscientious way with others – in the warehouse and on site.
- Problem solving & conflict resolution skills required.
- Communication needs to be clear, calm & consistent when speaking with clients, vendors and co-workers.

- Ability to perform physical activities related to heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and being on your feet and/or driving for long periods of time.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required. Experience driving box trucks (up to 26′) and trailers preferred.
- Part to Full time (seasonal) opportunities available Hourly pay rate based on experience Bonuses and overtime possibilities.
