As Technical Support Manager, your missions are to :
- Know perfectly how our Drone Show system works
- Assist to install, configure and run Drone Shows
- Troubleshot on site or remote any issues on the system upon request
- Repair (software and hardware) our equipment or drones if necessary
- Lead Site Survey to clear any technical issues
- Train internal or external person to the use of our system
- Assist on Project Management for long run project
- Give feedback to R&D team for future upgrades
- Document by writing or by videos the “How To” and the Troubleshooting
- Run shows as Pilot in Command or PMTC if necessary
You will be part of the US-based team in Orlando (led by CEO) and work closely with the France-based Support team.
Your main focus will be Northern American projects (USA, Mexico, Canada) but according to the load, you could be working on European or Middle East projects too.
Ideally based in Orlando, this job can be remote on the East Coast (ET Time Zone) but would require travels to connect with teams and projects especially during peak seasons (Summer, Winter).
the profile
We are looking for a hands-on and entrepreneur profile capable of showing autonomy in its work.
Significant experience in Live Entertainment is required especially as an AV Technician. A good software and network skill is mandatory to understand the system and be able to troubleshoot. Solution oriented, the profile should be able to use engineering logic.
Profile needs to have exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts and explain them clearly and effectively. Both reporting and documentation skills are needed.
Native English (written & spoken) is mandatory. Fluent in French is useful to link with the team and be able to help on European business projects.
